"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen."
Brené Brown
Being human is hard; that is an undeniable fact. Life is full of immense joy and gut wrenching heartache, high highs and low lows. I wholeheartedly believe that one of the most powerful benefits of being engaged in therapy is that you don’t have to face life alone.
People are wired for connection and it is my mission for my clients to feel seen, heard, and deeply cared for in my presence. I work with adult individuals and couples to explore where they are in life, how they got there, and where they would like to go.
About Me
I am a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified EMDR therapist. My approach to therapy is psychodynamic and relational, exploring both the roots of emotions, behaviors, and patterns, while also working with the here and now.
I use humor, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard to foster an environment where clients can explore their most vulnerable parts, experience healing, and create movement in their lives.
